Dear Mrs Mathur,
I am pleased to inform you that our interview committee has selected you as an English teacher.
If you accept the post, you will have to teach English language & literature to our high school students and give in-house training sessions to junior teachers from time to time. You must also take part in extra-curricular coaching according to your training in elocution & debating.
The total emoluments you will draw to begin with are Rs 4000. A modest furnished accommodation in the campus has been granted to you by our management committee.
Kindly inform us of your acceptance by 10 June, 19… failing which we shall offer the post to the next candidate.
