Dear Mr. Mahanti,
Your decision to go on strike w.e.f. tomorrow is wholly contrary to labour laws because the wage structure was revised two years ago and the general rule permits a status quo for 3 years at least.
We have taken a decision to enforce “no work no pay” for workers who abstain from work. The police have already been informed and a posse will be posted on the premises to maintain law & order. Any injury to your colleagues owing to misbehaviour will be your responsibility entirely.
