There have been some complaints of lax duty to our clients including delay in passing cheques or issuing cash. One complaint about the use of rough or rude language by our staff has also been made. This is simply unpardonable. The management has taken a very serious view of this since it has given our branch a poor impression in the public eye. 

Kindly boost up your public service image otherwise it will result in the closure of our bank branch and the retirement of all staff. This is for the information for all concerned.
