We find from our records that you borrowed a consumer loan of Rs 15,000 to purchase a VCR in February 20… According to the terms of our agreement, only Rs 5000 should be owing to you till date. However, I find it is Rs 8500. This is much above the required balance.
If you do not pay up the outstanding balance of Rs 3500 by 16 March 19…, we shall have to file legal proceedings against you according to the Indian Banking code.
I hope you understand our predicament and do not allow us the embarrassment of any litigation.
