Bad T.V. Reception

Sir,
I purchased a Bonito T.V. set from your shop on 30 Sept. 19… After your staff fixed up the antenna, installed the T.V. and tuned and set it going, it worked very well for five days. But since yesterday, the reception has become completely disturbed. Besides a blur on the picture, there is a constant jitter. An unpleasant sound like a motorcycle without a silencer is being emitted. Sometimes there is a low humming sound.
I consulted the instruction manual that came with the set. They have clear indications as to how to rectify any reception malfunction. I tried the adjustments suggested but nothing worked. I also checked with the neighbours and they are having no such trouble with their sets. So it certainly is not a defect of transmission.
Will you please send your maintenance staff to check the set? In case it is a serious problem, kindly have it replaced since your guarantee card has these terms on it.
