Dear Mrs. B. Saraswati,
With reference to your letter requesting a loan for buying a plot for house construction in your native village, the matter has been approved by the management committee.
The following documents have to be furnished by you.
1. Sale deed of the plot of land in your name
2. Map of the house to be constructed approved by the village panchayat.
You must then attach these documents to a form that you must fill in at our office. The loan will be adjusted against your provident fund in installments to be computed by our salary section.
