Sir,
The decision of the US government to go ahead with the Pressler Act whereby aid will only be given by the US when the recipient nation does not divert the funds to building nuclear weapons must be viewed with a grain of salt. The question is how far the US government is enforcing the terms of its agreement. How can we explain Pakistan’s having manufactured nuclear weapons? Are the US winking at their actions and designs?
