Dear Mr Kutty,
Despite three warnings, you have not been able to submit your mark sheet for the class IX final exams in time. Since you joined our school two years ago, you have not been able to maintain punctuality in arrival at school. Your shabby, dishevelled appearance has now been noticed by everyone in the school. We owe a great responsibility to our children who are learning from our own behaviour. We are their best role models.
I am sorry I have to convey the unpleasant decision of our management committee that you resign from your post here.
