Sir,
I insured courier postage of important official documents Sir, vide your receipt no. 6089 dated 9 October, 20… to carry the same to Calcutta by your courier service.
We have received a fax from our Calcutta office stating that the documents which were despatched have not been received by them till date. It is a week since it was despatched.
On contacting up your officer yesterday, we were informed that you have no information of the same and that it might be lost in transit.
Kindly pay the insured amount of Rs 1000 (Rupees one thousand only) by account payee cheque to our company before 30 October 19… failing which we shall institute legal proceedings.
