Reply to Advice on Vegetarianism
I took to vegetarianism on your advice. Being addicted to animal flesh, it Was difficult to change my habit easily, Anyway, I have noticed many good effects :
1. I feel less fatigued and lethargic at work. My food is being digested much more easily.
2. My outbursts of anger have more or less disappeared. There is a tendency to show temper when outraged but it is mild and soon controlled.
4. Desires have been toned down considerably.
5. And my greatest gain has been a loss of 5 kilos in one month! I look slim and more presentable as a stage compere!
I am weaning away from my carnivorous family from animal flesh though my son is a veritable tiger and can’t help digging his teeth into the meat.
